À propos de Ruth

I use a learner-centered and interactive approach where learners learn by doing. I start from what learners already know, introduce new concepts using real-life examples, and engage them through discussions, group work and Q&A. I accommodate all learners including slow and gifted learners to ensure no one is left behind. I am flexible to handle learners at any level assigned to me and I adapt my methods to meet their different abilities and learning styles. My first lesson will focus on creating a positive learning environment. I will introduce myself, have an icebreaker, set classroom rules together with learners, assess what they already know, then deliver the lesson with simple examples and active participation. I will summarize and motivate them at the end. My main goal is to win their trust and make them love the subject interactively
