How much does tutoring cost?
Each tutor sets their own hourly rate, shown in your local currency before you book — so you always know the price up front. Use the calculator above to estimate your monthly and yearly spend from real rates in your country.
Is the first lesson really free?
Yes. You can try a lesson with a tutor at no cost and with no obligation — no card required. If it isn’t the right fit, try another tutor for free.
Are there subscriptions or hidden fees?
No subscription and no hidden fees. Joining is free and you pay per session at the tutor’s rate. Any travel or processing costs for in-home lessons are always shown before you confirm.
How do I pay?
Pay securely with mobile money (MTN MoMo, Orange Money), card, or bank transfer. Your payment is held safely and only released to the tutor after the lesson.
Can I get a refund?
Your first lesson is money-back, and you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before a session. If a tutor cancels or is late, you’re fully refunded or can reschedule at no cost.
How do packs and plans save me money?
Booking a pack of lessons or a recurring plan with a tutor lowers your price per lesson compared with booking one at a time — while still being cheaper and more flexible than a fixed subscription.
