The roof: your money, sheltered
Set each family’s monthly package once. Houselewa sends the invoice, reminds on WhatsApp on day 3 and day 7, and the family taps “I’ve paid”.
Each tutor’s month: lessons, hours, pay, what’s paid and what’s owed, with a CSV for your accounts.
Your margin on every lesson adds up on the desk. Withdraw it to your MTN or Orange number.
What a lesson pays you
You choose your margin, up to 30%. Houselewa keeps 10% and the tutor gets the rest, paid by us on time.

What does it cost?
Nothing to start and no subscription. On lessons between your tutors and families, Houselewa keeps 10% and you choose your margin.
Will Houselewa take my families?
No. Your tutors can stay private to your families, and if someone leaves your agency, their lessons still count for you for 6 months.
My families pay me in cash or by mobile money. Can they keep doing that?
Yes. Monthly invoices are paid to your own mobile money number, and you confirm them on the desk. Lessons booked on Houselewa are paid through Houselewa.
Do my tutors have to be verified?
They sign the tutor agreement and do the short safety training, like every tutor on Houselewa. Families trust the same checks.
Can my staff use it?
Yes: add coordinators and an accountant. Each sees only their part of the desk.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes, on the web from any phone, and in the Houselewa app. Most of your families and tutors will mainly use WhatsApp.
