About Awungnjia
I believe I teach effectively because I focus on making learning accessible and engaging for every student in the room. I don't just lecture; I break complex topics down into manageable steps—using visual aids, structured board work, or hands-on examples—and I constantly check for understanding before moving on. For instance, if I notice students struggling with a new concept, I immediately shift my approach, perhaps using peer collaboration or a different analogy. My goal is always to create a classroom where students feel supported enough to make mistakes and confident enough to master the material.
